These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bh998 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms set out below.

Introduction

Agreement Between bh998 and the User

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and bh998 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the bh998 website, mobile browser interface, account services, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, and payment services. By accessing any part of the bh998 platform, you signify your acceptance of these T&C in full.

bh998 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Amended terms become effective immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C. It is the User's responsibility to review these T&C periodically. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and all associated funds frozen pending investigation.

Eligibility

Who May Use the bh998 Platform

Access to and use of the bh998 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. bh998 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not meet these requirements.

  • Age RequirementUsers must be aged 21 or above. bh998 operates a strict minimum age policy. Age verification may be requested at any time. Accounts where underage use is suspected will be suspended immediately without notice.
  • One Account Per PersonEach User is permitted to hold only one bh998 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If a User is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed, balances forfeited, and any associated winnings voided.
  • Accurate InformationUsers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and upon any subsequent request from bh998. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these T&C and may result in account closure.
  • Account SecurityUsers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. bh998 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of a User's account where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

Account Registration

Registering and Operating a bh998 Account

To access betting markets, casino games, and the bh998 cashier, a User must first complete the account registration process in full. Registration is free and is available to all eligible individuals. The following rules govern bh998 accounts.

  • Verificationbh998 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any User at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
  • Account ClosureUsers may request account closure at any time by contacting bh998 support. bh998 may also close accounts found to be in breach of these T&C. Upon legitimate closure, remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.
  • Inactive AccountsAn account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as inactive. bh998 may apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts after issuing advance notice to the User's registered email address.
  • No Account Transfersbh998 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users must not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign their bh998 account to any third party. Any account found to have been transferred will be closed immediately.
KYC Requirement: Before processing a withdrawal, bh998 may require the User to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This is a standard industry requirement designed to prevent fraud and protect player funds. Withdrawals may be held pending KYC completion. Bonus funds are never eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals and BDT Transactions

bh998 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform.

  • Deposit Methodsbh998 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to the User's account wallet upon successful processing. bh998 does not charge deposit fees, though Users should be aware that their payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
  • Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the User's most recent deposit, where technically possible. bh998 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider used.
  • Minimum Transaction AmountsMinimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the bh998 cashier. These minimums are set to ensure compatibility with the payment providers bh998 works with and may be updated from time to time.
  • CurrencyAll transactions are denominated in BDT. bh998 does not apply currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. If a User's payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, any conversion rate and fee applied is solely the responsibility of that payment provider.
  • Fraudulent TransactionsAny deposit found to have been made fraudulently, using a payment method not belonging to the account holder, or through unauthorised use of a third party's payment details, will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus Terms, Wagering Requirements and Promotional Conditions

bh998 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of offer and to the general bonus rules set out below.

  • Wagering RequirementsAll bonuses are subject to a rollover (wagering requirement) before the bonus value or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. Users must complete the required rollover using real-money bets at eligible games.
  • Bonus ExpiryBonuses that are not used or where wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the User's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
  • One Bonus Per OfferUnless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each User is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using the same or different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in account closure.
  • No Cash AlternativeBonus credits have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full. Bonus credits may not be exchanged for cash directly and may only be withdrawn as real money once all rollover conditions are satisfied.
Bonus Abuse Notice: bh998 employs automated monitoring tools to detect bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, and coordinated bonus exploitation. Where abuse is detected, bh998 reserves the right to void all affected bets, remove bonus credits, withhold any resulting winnings, and permanently close the account without prior notice. Legitimate players with genuine play patterns have nothing to be concerned about.

Betting Rules

Sports Betting, Casino Games and General Wagering Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the bh998 platform. Product-specific rules (for example cricket betting rules or specific casino game rules) are available within the relevant section of the platform and supplement these general rules.

  • Bet FinalityOnce a bet has been confirmed and accepted by bh998, it may not be cancelled or amended by the User. Users should verify all bet details before confirming. bh998 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the User.
  • Minimum and Maximum StakesMinimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets and vary by market, game type, and promotional conditions in effect at the time of betting. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. bh998 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
  • Void Betsbh998 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error in the odds displayed, where a market was offered in error, or where the outcome of an event has been determined to have been subject to corruption or manipulation. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's account.
  • Technical InterruptionsIn the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform outage during an active bet or game session, bh998 will apply its standard technical resolution procedure to determine the outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined due to the interruption, the bet may be voided and the stake returned. bh998 will not be liable for losses attributed to connection issues on the User's side.

Responsible Gaming

bh998 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Bangladesh. The platform provides tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available within the account settings section and are provided free of charge to all registered Users.

  • Deposit LimitsUsers may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to control total spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active, to protect against impulsive decisions.
  • Self-ExclusionAny User who feels that their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting bh998 support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period the User's account will be suspended and they will not be able to deposit, bet, or access any games on the platform.
  • Underage Protectionbh998 takes the prevention of underage gambling extremely seriously. Any individual who suspects that a minor is accessing a bh998 account should contact support immediately. bh998 strongly recommends that account holders use device-level parental control tools to prevent minors from accessing any gambling platform including bh998.

Prohibited Conduct

Actions That Constitute a Breach of These T&C

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bh998 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

  • Fraud and Money LaunderingUsing the bh998 platform for any form of financial fraud, money laundering, or the processing of funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Collusion and Match FixingAny form of collusion between players, or placing bets on events known or suspected to be the subject of match fixing or result manipulation, is prohibited. bh998 cooperates fully with sporting integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies in relation to such matters.
  • System ExploitationExploiting software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the bh998 platform to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided. Users who discover a technical error are expected to report it to support immediately.
  • Automated Betting SystemsThe use of bots, automated betting scripts, or any software designed to place bets without direct human interaction is prohibited. bh998 reserves the right to void all bets placed using such methods and to permanently close any account found to be using automated systems.

Liability

Limitation of bh998 Liability

bh998 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bh998 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage suffered by a User arising from use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical faults, payment provider delays, or network outages beyond bh998's reasonable control.

bh998's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that User's account wallet at the time the relevant event occurred. Nothing in these T&C limits bh998's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct committed by bh998 itself.

Amendments

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

bh998 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these T&C at any time. Where changes are material, bh998 will endeavour to provide Users with reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to the User's registered address. In all cases, the version of the T&C published on the bh998 platform at the time of any transaction or interaction is the version that governs that transaction or interaction.

If any provision of these T&C is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these T&C shall continue in full force and effect. These T&C, together with any applicable product-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between the User and bh998 with respect to the use of the platform.
